I would like to give you a big Thank-you for all your help in sorting out the lighting for our house, all the lights are now up and it looks stunning, all my Friends & Family are commenting on the lights and I have passed your details onto them. The one which they most comment about is the Mantra - Kromo range for the lounge that you recommended, the brightness and the effect of the crystal is just stunning. An excellent level of customer service. You took the time to telephoned me and confirm details of my address rather then assume; you delivered three days after confirming the order. The ceiling lights were not only packed well inside the box but you also put separate packaging outside the original box. Thank you for caring about what you do. It has taken me months of searching to find ceiling lights liked but what has made the whole thing perfect is the quality of your customer service.
